Professional coaches are paired with our parent and volunteer coaches on many team rosters, specifically at the older levels where competition is increased. Both parent/volunteer and professional coaches are required to go through coaching certification and training. They are dedicated to the success of Pelham Youth Hockey, and practice the American Development Model (ADM)
